Performance and Driving Range

In line with Acura's Type S legacy, the ZDX – beautiful and feature-filled as it’s sure to be – will be mostly about performance. Its remarkable dual-motor electric architecture will produce 500 hp, adding an exhilarating edge to everyday drives. Plus, the Type S variant will get an adaptable air suspension, performance-tuned adaptive dampers, and oversized (15.6-inch) Brembo front brakes with vibrant yellow calipers. The vehicle offers a personalized driving experience through its drive-mode selector, which includes a Sport mode for maximum output. Despite its sporty nature, the 2024 Acura ZDX Type S won’t sacrifice practicality, as it’ll be capable of towing up to 3,500 pounds and traveling 288 miles per charge.

Deluxe Exterior

The forthcoming Acura ZDX Type S is set to make a strong impact on buyers with its avant-garde design aesthetic. Characterized by a long wheelbase, illuminated Diamond Pentagon grille, and signature jewel-eye LED headlights and chicane-patterned daytime running lights, the visual allure of the ’24 ZDX Type S is indisputable. Not only that, but two fresh paint colors, Double Helix Blue Pearl and Tiger Eye Pearl, are also being offered to enhance its distinctive presence.

Innovative Interior

The ZDX Type S will showcase a driver-centric cockpit replete with some of the finest luxuries found in automobiles today. The centerpiece will be an expansive digital interface that connects an 11-inch digital gauge cluster with an 11.3-inch touchscreen housing Acura's debuting Google infotainment system. The fusion of this system with Google Maps promises to optimize travel with its sophisticated route planning and convenient charge time estimations. On top of that, this pioneering system will include a top-quality Bang & Olufsen sound system with 18 speakers.

Advanced Safety Features

The '24 ZDX Type S will be set up with the latest AcuraWatch driver-assistive technology bundle, which introduces new rear cross-traffic braking and blind-zone steering assist systems. An even more advanced version called AcuraWatch 360+ will be available with a hands-free cruise system that enables fully autonomous driving on up to 400,000 miles of compatible roads. Additionally, this model will ring in Acura's first automatic parking assist feature, eliminating the need for you to maneuver into challenging spaces on your own.
