2025 Acura RDX for Sale or Lease in Boston
2025 Acura RDX
Acura has updated the RDX for 2025, focusing on an updated interior, enhanced technology features, and a refreshed exterior design led by a "frameless" Diamond Pentagon grille featuring an aggressive mesh treatment. The popular five-seat crossover is further distinguished by premium gloss-black exterior trim, and sporty Berlina Black 19-inch wheels for some trims.
As far as the interior, Acura’s designers worked to improve the things not just for the RDX’s driver but for its passengers, too. The center console has been redesigned to offer increased storage, larger cupholders, and easier access to the wireless smartphone charger. The standard center display now features a wide-screen mode compatible with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It’s also worth noting that the 2025 RDX continues to be designed, developed, and manufactured in the United States, with production occurring at Acura's facilities in Ohio.

Trims and Powertrains
The 2025 Acura RDX is available in five packages – Base, Technology, A-Spec, Advance, and A-Spec Advance – which are all powered by a 272-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. A ten-speed automatic transmission manages the standard Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD). Towing capacity can reach 1,500 pounds, and cargo space maxes out at 58.9 cubic feet behind the first row (29.5 cubic feet behind the back seats). The EPA’s estimated fuel economy for every trim is 21 mpg around town and 27 mpg on the open road. The highway rating changes to 26 mpg for the two A-Spec editions.
Standard Features
The Base RDX is well equipped with a power panoramic moonroof, wireless device charging, leatherette upholstery, heated 12-way power front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, proximity keyless entry, push-button start, and LED exterior lighting (including signature Jewel Eye headlamps with automatic on/off). This trim also gets a 7-inch driver information display, heated power side mirrors with integrated turn signals and reverse tilt-down, sound-reducing windshield glass, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a tilt-and-telescopic steering column, ambient LED cabin lighting, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, two USB ports, and 19-inch alloy wheels.
The Technology Package adds perforated leather upholstery, GPS-linked climate control, premium ambient LED cabin lighting, and a rear camera washer. The RDX gains more athletic touches with the A-Spec, which has perforated leather and Ultrasuede upholstery, the Sport Appearance Exterior Package, the A-Spec Interior Sport Appearance Package, heated and ventilated front seats, a leather-wrapped flat-bottomed steering wheel, LED fog lights, and 20-inch wheels.
The Advance Package builds on the Technology edition by adding perforated leather upholstery, heated rear seats, 16-way power front seats (with power lumbar support, thigh extension, and side bolsters), a heated steering wheel, a head-up display, remote start (via key fob), open-pore wood accents, heated power side mirrors with power-fold, LED fog lights, LED puddle lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, a windshield wiper de-icer, and 19-inch wheels. The A-Spec Advance combines the sporty looks of the A-Spec and the abundant equipment list of the Advance.
Advanced Driver Aids and Safety Technology
The AcuraWatch suite of advanced driver-assistance features comes standard across the 2025 RDX trim range. It includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, lane-keeping assist, lane departure warning, road departure mitigation, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, traffic sign recognition, and automatic high beams. The Technology trim and higher also have low-speed automatic braking and front and rear parking sensors. The Advance and A-Spec Advance are further upgraded with a surround-view monitor. All trims also get a full array of airbags, anti-lock brakes, stability control, traction control, and a multi-view rearview monitor with dynamic guidelines.
Infotainment and Connectivity
Infotainment for the RDX is managed through a 10.2-inch center display controlled by Acura's True Touchpad Interface. The system is enhanced with wireless smartphone integration (Android Auto and Apple CarPlay), Bluetooth, SiriusXM satellite radio, and natural-language voice recognition. All trims have access to Acura Connected Services and a Wi-Fi hotspot. The Technology and higher trims have navigation. The Base has a nine-speaker sound system, which is upgraded to a 12-speaker ELS arrangement in the Technology. The three highest trims are outfitted with a 16-speaker ELS system.
