Base

The entry-level RDX is set up with loads of premium features, including automatic LED headlights, heated and power-folding side mirrors with reverse gear tilt-down, a moonroof, proximity keyless entry, and push-button ignition. On top of that, its cabin boasts a leather-wrapped steering wheel, ambient interior lighting, dual-zone automatic climate control, active sound control, two USB charging ports, a frameless auto-dimming rearview mirror with HomeLink, wireless phone charging, and a spacious cargo area with underfloor storage. The seats are upholstered with synthetic leather, and in the front-row, they’re also heated and power adjustable.

The infotainment system centers around a 10.2-inch dual-content display that’s controlled by a user-friendly touch interface. Through this setup, you’ll get wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Amazon Alexa, Bluetooth connectivity, voice recognition, a nine-speaker sound system, HD Radio, SiriusXM satellite radio, and a Wi-Fi hotspot.

The comprehensive AcuraWatch suite of advanced driving aids comes standard in the ’24 RDX as well, meaning that the Base RDX comes with forward collision warning, collision mitigation braking, road departure mitigation, lane keeping assist, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, and traffic sign recognition. Automatic high beams are also standard, along with blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert and low-speed automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection.

Technology

If you thought the Base RDX was well stocked, you’ll be doubly impressed by what the Technology has in store. Among this trim’s significant upgrades are perforated leather seats with contrast stitching, an enhanced ambient interior lighting system with 27 unique color themes, a 3D-view navigation system, and a 12-speaker ELS Studio sound system. The safety and driver-assistance technology suite is enhanced with front and rear parking sensors and a rear camera mirror washer.

A-Spec

If you’re looking for something more in your 2024 RDX, take a good look at the A-Spec. It starts with the same equipment roster as the Technology trim – including perforated leather seats with contrast stitching, a deluxe ambient interior lighting system with 27 color themes, 3D-view navigation, and an ELS Studio audio system with a dozen speakers – but it adopts a more athletic appearance. Some of the features it adds above the Technology’s are LED fog lights, leather upholstery with Ultrasuede inserts, ventilated front seats, a flat-bottomed steering wheel, and a 16-speaker ELS Studio 3D sound system.

Advance

The Advance reverts to the conventional RDX look, as seen on the Base and Technology trims. Its slate of standard equipment, though, rises considerably with an adaptive damper system, remote start, perforated leather upholstery with contrast stitching and piping, front seats with power-adjustable side bolsters and thigh extension, heated rear outboard seats, LED fog lights, ventilated front seats, a 16-speaker sound system, a windshield wiper de-icer, a 10.5-inch head-display, and a heated steering wheel. It gets additional safety technologies as well, with a surround-view camera, rain-sensing wipers, and a head-up warning system.

A-Spec Advance

The A-Spec Advance, as its name implies, blends the qualities of the A-Spec and the Advance. It has the former’s more athletic attributes (the bolder exterior, Ultrasuede seat inserts, and flat-bottomed steering wheel) and the latter’s upscale accoutrements. The highlights of the A-Spec Advance’s standard equipment roster are an adaptive damper system, ventilated front seats with power-adjustable side bolsters and thigh extension, heated rear outboard seats. It also has LED fog lights, a 16-speaker sound system, remote start, a 10.5-inch head-up display with warning system, a heated steering wheel, a surround-view camera, rain-sensing wipers, and a windshield wiper de-icer.
